Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy applies to all appointments, consultations, and treatment bookings made with the Clinic. By booking an appointment, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
2. Rescheduling of Appointments
Clients may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to the following conditions:
• All rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.
• The Clinic reserves the right to limit the number of times an appointment may be rescheduled.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• All appointment fees, deposits, and booking payments are non‑refundable.
• If a client chooses to cancel their appointment, or fails to attend, the full fee or deposit (whichever applies) will be retained.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are considered late cancellations and are non‑refundable.
4. Late Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
• If a client arrives late, the Clinic may be unable to provide the full treatment within the remaining time.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and are non‑refundable.
5. Clinic Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the Clinic must cancel or amend an appointment, clients will be offered the next available appointment time. No compensation is provided for cancellations made by the Clinic.
6. Reason for Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Late changes, cancellations, or non‑attendance impact practitioner availability and the Clinic’s ability to offer appointments to other clients. This policy ensures fair access to services and supports the efficient operation of the Clinic.
